- Prepping for hot mix asphalt installation
September 28 through October 2
- Installation of hot mix asphalt at the southern end of phase 1
October 5 through 10
- Clean up and removal of barricades (signs, fencing, cones, etc.) for phase 1
- Construction activities will be suspended while the Cotton Harvest Festival takes place
